The Born This Way Foundation was founded in 2011 by today's biggest advocate of LGBT rights, Lady Gaga and her mother Cynthia Germanotta. The Foundation was officially launched on February 29, 2012 at Harvard University and is the first foundation of its kind. The foundation celebrates individuality along with acceptance and is hopeful in changing the world one teen at a time.

Millions of students are bullied and pushed around daily in the United States, and the Born This Way Foundation is aimed to fight this growing problem and put piece in our lives and society. 

What do we have to do with the BTWF?

Currently Ogden OUTreach is working on partnering up with the Born This Way Foundation so that we can bring this foundation into our local community. More information and resources will be available soon so check back!
