Human Rights Day/Day Without a Gay

In observance of International Human Rights Day and Day Without A Gay on December 10, the Unitarian Universalist Church of Ogden and the Ogden OUTreach Resource Center will be open from 7 a.m. to midnight for adults 18 and over and from 3:30 to 8 p.m. for youth ages 14-17. A continental breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., soup and salad lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and a casserole dinner from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., especially for community service volunteers, students studying or recovering from finals and other parties interested in human rights or sexual minorities. Snacks and beverages will be available throughout the day.
Organizations needing volunteers, rights organizations, social justice programs or ministries, and safety and health organizations are invited to send a representative or materials for tables. Resources for teachers, counselors, public safety and helping professions will be available. A discussion for parents and teachers will be conducted from 6:30 to 8 p.m
